Welcome!

I'm proud to serve as Assistant Principal at Chandler High School. With over 24 years of experience as an educator in the Chandler Unified School District (CUSD), this community is truly home. I was raised right here in the East Valley, graduated from Arizona State University, and began my career in Chandler in 2001. I have spent the majority of those decades right here at Chandler High, where I have proudly served as a special education teacher and coach and gained valuable leadership experience.

 

My Education and Professional Background

Education:  BA Special Education, Arizona State University, M.Ed. Educational Leadership, Northern Arizona University

Experience: Dean of Students, Perry High School, Special Education Department Chair at Chandler High School, and Poston Butte High. Teacher at Chandler High School, Poston Butte High School, and Willis Jr. High.

 

My Educational Philosophy

To learn and progress, a student must feel comfortable and accepted in the educational environment. It is our responsibility, as educators, to support the whole student for them to reach their full potential.
