Physical Education Behavior Contract

contract.  If I do not abide by the criteria listed below I will be dropped from this class with an F.

 

I will:

1.     attend class daily-No more absences the remainder of semester

2.     dress out daily in my own PE clothes (shorts & gray shirt)

3.     be on time to class and for roll call

4.     participate daily in all the activities for the full class time

5.     behave in an appropriate manner

6.     complete ALL make-up work on time
