Dual Enrollment at Chandler High School

Thank you for your interest in the Dual Enrollment program (CUSD) in partnership with Chandler-Gilbert Community College. As a First-Time Dual Enrollment Student, students would need to apply for admission to the college first. Admissions will be to Chandler-Gilbert Community College.

1. Apply online FREE application> High School Students Admissions Application> The system will generate a Username/MEID (Make a note of it).

Next Steps:

• Maricopa Student Login: my.maricopa.edu> Log into Student Center > MEID@maricopa.edu + Password required to access the account
• Set DUO Two-Factor Authentication> my.maricopa.edu> Log into Student Center and start using Duo when prompted.
• Submit ID Authentication> my.maricopa.edu>  Student Center> My Student Forms> High School Dual Enrollment Forms: ID Authentication, Under18 & Class Form

How much does Dual Enrollment cost?

The in-county tuition rate is $97 per credit hour + a $15 registration fee once per semester. For example, a 3-credit college class will cost $306. (Tuition is subject to change).

***Maricopa Tuition Assistance Grant available for students for the Fall and Spring semesters. The grant is awarded based on financial need and the availability of funds.

Students need to have a Maricopa student account (MEID) to apply. Maricopa Tuition Grant could cover up to 6 credits per academic year. Based on financial need.

Navigate to the following website:  https://maricopa.edready.org/home > Go to my ED Ready account to get started.

• ***Students will need to log in using MEID@maricopa.edu and password. 

  • To identify if the placement score have posted on the student center portal navigate to: my.maricopa.edu> Student Center>  Academics> Test Scores

• All placements are free and required to be completed online by the student on their home computer. Students have the opportunity to continue to take the placement test until they get the score they need to qualify for a class (if a score is required).
