Open Enrollment 

Arizona State Law allows students to apply for admission, and Chandler Unified School District maintains this through Open Enrollment to most schools, based on available classroom space. If you are interested in attending a school other than your attendance boundary,  you must apply and be accepted through Open Enrollment before you can register. Failure to complete the Open Enrollment application will place your student's registration on HOLD.

Note: Open Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Chandler Unified School District has implemented an Online Registration process for student enrollment.

Student Enrollment - Looking to register at your home boundary school? Start with #1 below.

* Note: Open enrollment applications must be approved prior to registering for a school that is not your boundary school. If you are registering for your home boundary school, you DO NOT need to fill out an open enrollment application. 

• Chrome is the preferred browser for registering students. 

1. Click here to begin your child's registration process for your attendance at the boundary school. Registrations are being accepted for the current school year.
2. If applying for an open enrollment school, please do not complete your child's registration for the Open Enrollment school UNTIL you have received your approval email or letter.

• You will be required to upload clear and clean copies of the following:
• Birth Certificate
• Immunizations 
• A current MONTH proof of address (gas, electric, water BILL, or lease/mortgage agreement) with your name on it.  Please note:  envelopes AND PORTIONS OF A BILL are not an acceptable proof of address.
• Current school records (quarter grades/in progress grades, unofficial transcript, discipline, attendance, and 504/IEP (if applicable).

·  SCREENSHOTS AND PICTURES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. You will be required to bring TO THE SCHOOL THE original birth certificate, immunizations, SCHOOL RECORDS, and proof of address SO WE CAN MAKE COPIES.

• PER DISTRICT POLICY: WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ORIGINAL COPIES.

Once I receive and approve the enrollment packet, I will officially enroll your student. I WILL SEND THE PARENT/GUARDIAN AN EMAIL CONFIRMING ENROLLMENT, ALONG WITH THE DATE AND TIME THE STUDENT WILL START SCHOOL. I will notify our counseling department of your enrollment, and they will EMAIL you the NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO SELECT CLASSES. Our counseling dept. can be reached at 480-812-7706.
